It aims to respond quickly to times of war and its consequent crisis, and to help survivors overcome the crisis and mitigate its effects and consequences.
It aims to improve the human condition of every man, woman and child in poor and marginalized societies by responding to their basic needs without any discrimination based on sex, race or color.
Empowering women aims to help them realize their opportunities and potential, empower and develop poor and oppressed societies, improving their living standards and general well-being.
